'It has enhanced my life in a way that I never imagined possible; personally, socially, physically and professionally. It has made my life so much more enjoyable, there is nothing to fear in life... and as a lovely bonus, I have made some great friends along the way.' AW
'It's funny how these things work out. Five years ago I only associated Yoga with neurotic bendy western women too obsessed with their own navels. Something from the extremes of Ab Fab, maybe. Then a friend said come along and I went because I thought Yoga would stop me from getting more and more back and neck problems as I got older. (And I was reassured that it was run by a bloke with a big bike, not a bendy woman). And it did sort my back and neck problems. I put up with all the "mystic nonsense" you were spouting because it was helping me get more bendy. But it was better than that. I realised that I was leaving your Hatha sessions feeling completely relaxed and energised: not something someone with three kids and a young business is used to. Then someone said come along to a meditation course. And I came along to see if there would be more of this relaxing and energising stuff. And of course there was. And I have had my eyes opened to the way my mind and body work and influence each other. I even understand the "mystic nonsense". But I've no idea how I would explain to a pre-meditation me what I would get from the course. I just had to do it, experience it and benefit. Calmness? Energy? Awareness? Being more alive? A greater sense of connectedness? Or would it be that now I just smile. ' PG
'Angus's meditation courses have filled the gap of my spiritual education and the result has dramatically changed my outlook on life. It should be called 'a course of self realisation and the many benefits it can bring'. I now know I am a God, but my family have yet to see this!' :-) BC
'Your classes are informative, structured, humorous, challenging, enjoyable and accessible to anyone, whatever their experience. They have re-awakened my enjoyment of meditation; it’s interesting to find different ways to quieten the mind... I find that I am now much more able now to quieten my mind in many circumstances...' WS
'These courses give you the opportunity to meet different people who share the same goals, which in this case is to find "inner peace". They have helped me a lot in many ways; my mind has become much quieter. I feel more under control. I love it , I really do. IC
'Its given me 3 things: an overwhelming sense of well-being, the ability to diffuse tension quickly in a stressful situation and the ability to be more compassionate towards others.' JA
'Angus has a style that is very ‘real’, his teaching is easy to relate to, whilst still being informative, enlightening and enriching. I’m on my second meditation course and it has put me at the beginning of a fascinating and rewarding journey, although difficult at times but that is all part of the process. To date I am less stressed and enjoying daily meditations, something I thought I would never achieve being a busy mum with two small children, a husband that is growing a new business, and a house to run!' 'Thank you for another great class last night. I feel truly blessed to be on your Tolle meditation course and am really enjoying the life change. It's excellent!' CA
"Guided meditation is soooo relaxing! The chat after the sitting is lively, informative, intelligent and insightful and has brought me a whole new level of inner peace, even in the most extreme circumstances." CH
“We could say that meditation doesn't have a reason or doesn't have a purpose. In this respect it's unlike almost all other things we do except perhaps making music and dancing. When we make music we don't do it in order to reach a certain point, such as the end of the composition. If that were the purpose of music then obviously the fastest players would be the best. Also, when we are dancing we are not aiming to arrive at a particular place on the floor as in a journey. When we dance, the journey itself is the point, as when we play music the playing itself is the point. And exactly the same thing is true in meditation. Meditation is the discovery that the point of life is always arrived at in the immediate moment.”
