"Hooray! Hannah Chloe was born last Wednesday 22nd February (her Daddy's birthday)at 6.56am weighing 7lb 1oz. Labour was 3 hours although I really didn't realize it was labour - v. v. good. Got up at 4am and did some alternate nostril, head rolls etc. Got in pool at about 6.15 thinking had ages to go, and 45 mins later, there was Hannah. Ujiyah (not sure of spelling) breathed all the way through, and apart from one enormous push, I actually did breathe her out. Wow! Thank you so much for all your support and advice. It really got me through and helped it to be the most wonderful experience."

"The birth was absolutely amazing and I felt entirely in control of the whole thing. When they asked me to go onto my back to check all was completely dialated I thought they were mad as I knew that I was definitely ready. No tears or anything, entirely due I think to breathing through everything. Used Tens and gas and air at end as intended, very lucky. She was 7 lbs 14 oz (same as my no 2) and is obviously absolutely the most beautiful baby ever born!"
